- Spargers
ProMinerals® spargers were designed to maximize gas injection volume, with the smallest bubble size possible, making them more efficient in the processes in which they are applied.
- Our spargers:
- Bubble Jet: 100% stainless steel body equipped with a gasket and spring system that ensures complete sealing of the sparger nozzle in the event of failure in the injection process, thus avoiding pulp backflow into the aeration system. The ceramic bit with parallel orifices provides constant gas pressure and injection, leading to smaller bubble diameters. These spargers are supplied with specific lengths and ceramic orifice diameters optimized for each application.
- Cav. Jet: polyurethane spargers with ceramic insert designed to provide larger volumes of recirculated pulp per air volume. These spargers are easy-to-install and generate micro-bubbles. They also allow for the frequent monitoring of ceramic insert wear, indicating the moment they need to be replaced and allowing for specific reagents to be added to improve process directly in the cavitation cavity, improving reagent-mineral interaction. Cav Jet spargers are also supplied in different sizes, depending on the chosen application.
- Flotation Columns:
ProMinerals® Columns rely on modern designs which make them more efficient and easier to operate. Columns are available in diameters varying from 1 to 6 meters and with different aeration systems. They can be supplied in one piece of flanged, according to the client’s needs. Depending on the application and ore particle size, columns can be supplied with the following aeration systems:
- Bubble Jet Injection System
- With air injection
- With air + water injection
- Cav Jet Injection System
- With pulp recirculation and air injection
- With air + water injection
