ProMinerals® provides process diagnoses that map out opportunities to optimize the diverse phases of metallurgical processing such as:

Our experienced professionals and partners are ready to provide technical support to start up metallurgical plants, as well as to recommend improvements to plants already in operation, focusing on optimizing costs and maximizing metallurgical recovery.
- Metallurgical Tests
We perform and oversee on-site laboratory and pilot tests for our clients. Together with our partners, we offer laboratory and pilot plant tests in the following areas:
- Bench and pilot plant tests for flotation;
- Laboratory and pilot plant tests for leaching;
- Bench and pilot plant CIP or CIL;
- Laboratory and pilot plant metallurgical separation.
- Courses and Training Programs
ProMinerals® training programs in mineral concentration and hydrometallurgy are offered in or outside the client’s facilities. The purpose of these programs is to reinforce the theory related to specific processes, yet mainly focusing on hands-on operation at the plant. The main technical areas addressed by ProMinerals® training programs are:
- Mineral flotation, types of flotation, pieces of equipment used in the process and their pros and cons, specific reagents and their respective dosage, main controls in flotation, assessment of residence time and kinetic parameters in flotation;
- Hydrometallurgical processes in agitated pulp and heap leaching, conventional gold leaching processes and alternatives for gold-refractory ores, cyanide process optimization with the assessment of variables such as pH, oxygen concentration, free cyanide concentration, pulp viscosity, among others.
